Privacy by platform and release
Scope clarification: October 23, 2026. TradMate privacy practices depend on the platform and the features implemented in the installed release. Adding an Android statistics service to this website does not add data collection to an iOS app or to another Galeon app.
iOS and offline-only releases: the existing offline policy below is retained with its stated version scope. It is not replaced by the Android statistics notice. A later release must describe any changes to its own data practices.
Android usage statistics: versions that implement optional remote usage reporting are covered by the separate TradMate Android usage statistics notice. A local-only release, or a release with remote reporting disabled, does not upload these statistics. Publishing a notice or installing the website backend does not activate reporting on a device.
Website hosting: website visits and server backups are separate from app operation. The Hawk Host website copy uses hosting in Hong Kong and unencrypted, seven-day Acronis backups in Los Angeles, USA; webserver logs include visitor IP addresses and are retained for 30 days. 适用范围说明更新于 2026 年 10 月 23 日。TradMate 的隐私行为取决于所安装的平台和版本实际实现的功能。网站新增 Android 统计后台，不会让 iOS 或其他 Galeon App 自动增加数据采集。

TradMate is an offline notation, practice and accompaniment application. This release does not require an account, access the microphone, record audio, provide audio recognition or connect to an online tune catalogue. It contains no advertising or analytics SDK, and the developer does not collect or upload personal information from the app.
Local data and audio
ABC notation and CSV files selected or pasted by the user are stored locally. Ratings, favourites, sets, setlists, accompaniment settings and playback positions are also stored on the device. Sound is generated from notation and bundled instrument samples. Optional audio export is rendered and encoded on the device, not uploaded automatically.
Deliberate sharing and system services
When a user chooses export or system sharing, selected content is passed to the recipient, Files provider or sharing service they choose, under that service’s policies. Operating-system backup or synchronisation may handle app data under the user’s device and account settings; this is not a developer-operated upload service.
Removal and children’s privacy
Users can remove imported content using available app controls, or uninstall the app to remove its local application data. TradMate is not designed to collect personal information from children.
Website visits and contact
Website visits are separate from app operation. The website and hosting service may process technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page and access time for security, reliability and troubleshooting, as described in the existing website policy.

TradMate 是离线曲谱、练习和伴奏应用。本版本无需账号，不访问麦克风，不录音或识曲，不连接在线曲库；没有广告或统计分析 SDK，开发者不从 App 采集或上传个人信息。
本机数据与音频
用户选择或粘贴的 ABC 与 CSV 保存于本机；评分、收藏、组曲、播单、伴奏设置和播放位置同样保存在本机。音乐由设备根据曲谱和内置采样生成，音频导出也在设备内渲染与编码，不会自动上传。
用户主动分享与系统服务
只有用户主动导出或使用系统分享时，内容才会交给所选接收方、文件服务或分享服务，并受其政策约束。系统备份或同步可能按用户设备与账号设置处理 App 数据，这不是开发者提供的上传服务。
删除与儿童隐私
用户可以通过 App 内现有操作删除导入内容，或卸载 App 删除本地应用数据。本应用并非为了收集儿童个人信息而设计。
网站访问与联系
网站访问与 App 使用相互独立；网站及托管服务可能为安全、可靠性和排错处理 IP、浏览器类型、请求页面与访问时间等技术日志，以现有网站隐私说明为准。
