This Privacy Policy explains how the Galeon RT Analyzer, AeroMeter and TradMate applications handle information. It also covers visits to their pages on galeonwhistles.com.
RT Analyzer
RT Analyzer requests microphone permission to analyse musical pitch. Audio is processed only in device memory. The app does not record or upload original audio, does not require an account, and contains no analytics or advertising SDK. Measurement history stores accumulated local statistics rather than recordings. A complete-range image or CSV leaves the device only when the user deliberately uses the system share function.
AeroMeter
AeroMeter may request Bluetooth, nearby-device or USB access in order to discover and communicate with compatible AeroMeter hardware. Measurement values, device information and session data are used to provide the app’s live display and related functions. Data saved or exported through the app remains under the user’s control unless the user deliberately shares it.
Website information /
Andy Xu operates galeonwhistles.com. The website and its database are hosted by Hawk Host in Hong Kong. The host records visitor IP addresses in webserver logs and retains those logs for 30 days for security, reliability and troubleshooting. Request URLs may also be logged; statistics deletion URLs can contain a pseudonymous installation identifier. This retention period is confirmed for webserver logs; it is not a stated retention period for every other security or infrastructure log.
Hawk Host provides automatic Acronis backups stored remotely in Los Angeles, California, USA, with a seven-day rolling retention period. The host states that these backups are not encrypted. Website and database information included in those backups may therefore be transferred from Hong Kong to the United States. Separately created manual or local backup copies are not covered by this seven-day retention period and currently have no fixed automatic expiry.
Hawk Host does not enable a CDN by default; no additional whole-site CDN is configured in the inspected website settings. Website pages load Google Fonts, and the keyless-flutes page embeds YouTube. Your browser may connect to those providers and disclose connection information, including your IP address, when loading their resources. These website connections are separate from native-app usage statistics. The app information pages do not require a visitor account.
These disclosures concern the Hawk Host copy of the website. They do not change what any installed app collects. For questions or requests, contact andyxuhang@gmail.com.
Sharing and advertising
Galeon does not sell personal information. The current app workflows do not use personal information for targeted advertising. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to protect the security of the apps, website or users.
Retention and your choices
Locally stored app data can be removed using the app’s available controls, by clearing the app’s data, or by uninstalling the app. Microphone, Bluetooth and nearby-device permissions can be changed at any time in the operating system settings.
Children’s privacy
The apps are general-purpose measurement tools and are not directed at collecting personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when app features or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised date.

TradMate — Platform-specific privacy /
TradMate policies are described on its privacy page, with the platform and release scope stated there. The existing offline-release policy remains applicable only within its stated scope.
The separate Android usage statistics notice applies only to Android versions that implement optional remote reporting and only when the user explicitly agrees. It does not describe or enable telemetry in iOS, RT Analyzer or AeroMeter. Local-only or remote-disabled releases do not upload these snapshots.
